Early Australian Dolmans

Early Australian Dolmans / Dolemans
Mrs. Kerrie O'Hagan mentions in email that a Stephen Doulman/Dolman/Doleman was born c 1812 she thinks near Bathurst NSW. This is very early for Australia and is perhaps of convict origin. He married Julie O'Neill/Neill in Bathurst in 1841. They had two children Sarah Ann and Charles. Julia's father was a convict.

On NSW BDM- A Stephen Doleman V 181222268 16ZB/1812 was born to George Doleman and Eliza. He seems to be the only child to these parents. George died 1857 V 18576358 - 122A/1857 ( question: was George convict or free?)
