Does any one know anything about Stephen Dolman.

Marriage to Harriet Wiltshire 7/5/1827 Calne
Children;

Harriet had a daughter (Rebecca) to Stephen Neate in 1837.

In the 1841 census Harriet and the 4 children are in the Calne work house. Does anyone know what happened to stephen or the rest of the family?

Early Australian Dolmans

Early Australian Dolmans / Dolemans
Mrs. Kerrie O'Hagan mentions in email that a Stephen Doulman/Dolman/Doleman was born c 1812 she thinks near Bathurst NSW. This is very early for Australia and is perhaps of convict origin. He married Julie O'Neill/Neill in Bathurst in 1841. They had two children Sarah Ann and Charles. Julia's father was a convict.

On NSW BDM- A Stephen Doleman V 181222268 16ZB/1812 was born to George Doleman and Eliza. He seems to be the only child to these parents. George died 1857 V 18576358 - 122A/1857 ( question: was George convict or free?)

A George Doleman no: 4349 Convicted at Devizes 5 August 1854 -aged 19 at trial -wounding with intent to murder. Arrived in Western Australia as convict on

"Clara". He was a farm labourer-single-no children, 5' '7", dark brown hair, hazel eyes with oval face and dark complexion, middling stout-no distinguishing marks
