Re. HANNAH- DOLMAN, Deceased.
'Pursuant to the 22nd and 23rd Victoria cap. 35.
NOTICE is hereby given that all persons having any
claim upon the estate of Hannah Dolman
deceased late of No 17 Royal-crescent Cheltenham in
the county of Gloucester Widow (who died, on the 9th
day of 'April ,1899 and whose will was proved in the
Gloucester District -Registry of the Probate Division of
Her Majesty's High,Court of Justice on the 6th day of
May 1899 -by Henry Augustus Gwinnell and Thomas
Seager the executors therein named) are hereby required
to send particulars thereof in writing to me, the undersigned
Solicitor for the executors, on or before the 30th
day of November next after which day the executors
will distribute the assets of the deceased and will not be
liable therefor to any person of whose claim they-shall
not then have, had notice.—Dated this 31st day of
October, 1899.
