KATHLEEN MARY ELPHINISTONE DOLMAN,
otherwise KATHLEEN DOLMAN, Deceased.
Pursuant to the Trustee Act, 1925.
ALL persons having claims against the estate of
Kathleen Mary Elphinstone Dolman otherwise
Kathleen Dolman of " Redholme " The Hermitage
Richmond Surrey Widow who died on the 22nd day of
September 1940 and whose Will was proved in the
Principal Probate Registry at Llandudno on the 13th
day of December 1940 by the Public Trustee the sole
executor therein named are required to send particulars
thereof in writing to the undersigned on or before the
25th day of February, 1941 after which date the said
executor will proceed to distribute the assets, having
regard only to the claims of which he shall then have
had notice.—Dated this 20th day of December 1940.
